The water and wastewater industry faces growing workforce and infrastructure challenges. Join Azuria Water Solutions to learn how Katy ISD’s Water Operator Licensing Program is building a pipeline of future operators through hands-on training, industry partnerships, and state certification opportunities. The program integrates classroom instruction with hands-on training and paid internships at active water and wastewater facilities, equipping high school students with practical skills and preparing them for careers in water treatment, system operations, and laboratory analysis while fostering the next generation of water industry professionals.
