From Data to Decisions: Smarter Infrastructure Strategies
Public works leaders are expected to do more with less while making infrastructure investments that stand up to public and executive scrutiny. Harris County Precinct 4 partnered with BGE to develop a data-driven pavement management program that connects asset condition, maintenance history, and operational priorities into a prioritized five-year investment plan. This session shares practical strategies for improving planning, budgeting, preventive maintenance, and long-term asset performance.
